Teenager In Trouble
Last year I met a young man while I was out walking my dog. I rescued this dog from a shelter 2 years ago as I was in need of a watch dog. She is a Shepard- mix with very unusual markings. The young man asked me about her and they became fast friends. I noticed that he seemed to be caring for young children, I assumed they were his younger brothers and sister they were all under the age of six. Everyday when I walked my dog he would come out to see her and pet her and she would jump up and give him puppy kisses. One day while I was at work some neighbor kids with a pitbull were in my yard tainting my dog and this young man came to her rescue with a plastic baseball bat. He hit the pitbull across the nose and chased the kids out of my yard. That evening while I was out walking her, He came out to us and told me what happened. I thanked him for his help. I then introduced myself and he told me his first name and we chatted for a couple minutes. When I returned home, I talked to my daughter about the young man and how he protected my dog. She knew who he was and began to tell me about his unusual story. This is the beginning to his very long sad story. I hope you will stay tune.
